The simpli portal is a full end to end online lodgement portal for building consents. The portal allows applicants to submit, manage and track their building consents from the very first piece of information they enter into the application form through to the CCC being issued. The portal is unique as it allows the applicant to have a single logon and a view across all Councils/Building Consent Authorities (BCAs) that are connected, this creates consistency, transparency and a better user experience for everyone involved.

Online payments can also be made via the portal, some BCAs may not be able to offer this service just yet but will be able to over time. Payments are managed and completed by a trusted third-party vendor Windcave (Payment Express). Windcave is a high-growth, innovative global leader in payment technology delivering a range of secure solutions to major corporate, banking and SME clients globally with compliant payments solutions.
