Ross McCarthy, GoShift's stakeholder and engagement manager and Dave Gittings, from Carterton District Council, will be promoting GoShift at the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand's Annual Conference and Expo in Auckland this week.
The conference, which attracts building control professionals, surveyors, architects, engineers, builders, developers from around the country as well as individuals representing regulatory authorities and government organisations, is an ideal venue to spread the word about GoShift.
"We're looking forward to explaining the work we're doing and how it will benefit everyone involved in the building industry," says Ross.
With 22 councils involved, GoShift is the biggest cluster in the country.
"We're at an exciting time with the trial of our online service which started recently," he says.
Later in the year Ross will be talking at the senior building control officers forum.
