GoShift has won the Excellence in Innovation Award at the Association of Local Government Information Management 's (ALGIM) annual conference.

The award was presented to Ross McCarthy, GoShift's Strategic and Engagement Manager, at last night's conference dinner in Rotorua.

Ross said it was so good to see all the hard work the team had put in be rewarded.

"It is also a chance to celebrate the achievement that all of the Councils involved have achieved," he said.

The Annual ALGIM Awards recognise and celebrate best practice within local government information technology and information management.

They aim to encourage local authorities to be innovative and to exercise technological leadership through services to its community.
