Register your company with the Simpli portal by creating an account. You can add multiple people from your company to the account, by going to the Account Settings menu. Anyone added to your account will be able to access all the projects within the account.
You can share access to specific consent applications (without offering access to all your projects) to people who don’t work for your organisation, by using the collaboration feature. You’ll find this in the Submission Collaborators section of the Submission Summary page for the specific consent (or form).
If you are part of a national chain and have separate offices in different regions (such as franchises), we suggest you register the account in the name of your local branch / franchise (for example, Simpli Homes – Kapiti; Simpli Homes – Wellington etc).
